Copyright Warning

The copyright in all of the contracts supplied by HorseForce is owned by Michael Mackinnon, Solicitor and Independent Counsel.  They are supplied by Horseforce under an exclusive licence arrangement.

A copyright notice is incorporated in every contract.

HorseForce owns the copyright in the information and material (except the Articles which are reproduced with Michael's permission) published on this website.

You must not publish, reproduce, download, link, modify or copy the whole or any part of a contract supplied by Horseforce or the whole or any part of the contents of this site, without the prior written consent of Mr Mackinnon or Horseforce, as the case may be.

Copyright infringement is a very serious matter.  Mr Mackinnon has detected instances of breach of copyright in Victoria and Western Australia.  In 2007, he commenced legal proceedings against an equestrian centre owner and its solicitor for breach of copyright of the Horse Agistment Contract which were settled in October 2007.

If you are caught breaching copyright, swift legal action will be taken against you for appropriate injunctive relief and significant damages.

Legal action will be taken against anyone who breaches copyright.
