Micheal Mackinnon Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws From 1989 to 1996 Michael worked at Australia's largest legal firm, Minter Ellison. Since 2000, he has serviced the legal needs of the Australian horse industry in connection with horse transactions and dispute resolution. His legal practice, HorseForce Legal, advises horse related businesses, organisations and individuals throughout Australia on a wide range of legal matters involving horses. Since 2003 he has been the legal columnist for the Australian monthly magazine Horse Deals on topics of legal interest. In 2005 and 2008 he was a guest educator on the topic of horses and the law at Equitana Asia Pacific.

Clinton Rich Bachelor of Education Clinton has over 30 years experience in the Australian horse industry. He is a registered valuer with the Auctioneers & Valuers Association of Australia (Member No 403). He values non racehorses for all sorts of purposes. He has bred warmblood horses since 1994, is a qualified and practicing dressage judge with Equestrian Victoria and holds a Level 1 non jumping qualification through Equestrian Australia and National Coaching Accreditation Scheme (currently not registered). He has competed successfully in dressage up to FEI level in Victoria and has represented the state at elementary level in national competition.
