HORSE LEASE
The 2008 version of this contract has a fantastic new look and some new inclusions. Important rights and obligations of both the Lessor and Lessee are still there as well as: disclosure of vices, injury and disease, options for managing veterinary costs and horse welfare issues, clauses about liability for harm to the horse or rider ( the nominated rider of the horse), provision for any special Lessor conditions and ways to manage breaches of the lease.
Each State and Territory has its own edition. Choose the edition for the State or Territory where you live. Commonly, the party initiating
the lease will choose the edition.
Copyright laws apply to the use of this contract.

Broodmare Lease
If you are considering leasing a mare for breeding purposes, this contract deals with many of the contingincies and risks that can eventuate for both parties.
